Description - Delightfully Fine - 80% Bamboo 20% Modal Yarn Mill Produced Digitally Printed Fabric. These fabrics are wash and wear wrinkle free all season fabrics. Firstly, the bamboo plant is soaked in an alkaline solution that dissolves the plant into cellulose. It is then run under high pressure through a nozzle to turn it into a fibre. Silky to touch, Silk-like, smooth and soft. Being less chemically intensive and polluting, it usually contains the most amount of natural bamboo fabric. Textile manufacturing is a major industry. It is based on the conversion of fiber into yarn, yarn into fabric. These are then dyed or printed, fabricated into clothes. Different types of fibers are used to produce yarn. There are many variable processes available at the spinning and fabric-forming stages coupled with the complexities of the finishing and colouration processes to the production of a wide ranges of products.
