This fabric is a beautiful jute georgette fabric, where the fabric is flowly like georgette and has texture and volume. Sarees of this fabric look beautiful. Jute georgette is a rare combination, specially with badla work. Try this fabric out you would be surprised with the royal look. 

In Badla work, slabs of metal are melted given fine shape with no sharp edges and pierced through the fabric. This is done with a lot of presicion as the slabs are made with no sharp corners and are attached to the fabric giving the fabric a classy and elegant look.
